IDEA Training Collaborative is a not-for-profit training centre based in Toronto, giving compliance-focused, traumainformed training for shelters, social services, and frontline workers throughout Canada. As the leading provider of Toronto Shelter Standards training and shelter criteria certification programs, we help City of Toronto-- financed and purchaseofservice shelters remain auditready, documentstrong, and straightened with community requirements.

Our course catalogue consists of Toronto shelter requirements online training, shelter support worker certification training, nonviolent crisis intervention (CPI/NVCI) training, UMAB training, crisis prevention and intervention training Toronto, First Aid and CPR training in Toronto, and ODSP training programs.
